By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to the following terms:
• 100% of the appointment fee will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time.
• 100% of the appointment fee will be charged for any no-shows (failure to attend your appointment).
• 50% of the appointment fee will be charged if less than 48 hours notice is given.
Appointments can be cancelled:
• Online up to 48 hours before your appointment.
• By leaving an answerphone message no later than 48 hours before the day of your appointment to avoid a fee being applied.
